Scoring: Grip Sport percentage based scoring will be used.

EVENTS:

1 - 20mm Blockset Grippers (4 attempts)

2 - 2-Euro Pinch (4 attempts, rising bar)

3 - Double Overhand Axle Deadlift (4 attempts, rising bar)

4 - Medley (1 run, 12 assorted implements, 3 difficulty levels, unlimited attempts in 60 seconds, point values range from 2-4 points)
